This Pinot Noir has aromas of black cherry, dark fruit, plum, leather and
baking spice from the oak.
It opens up with a boysenberry Aroma. It is beautifully structured
with a soft finish. Elegantly balanced tannins, acid and fruit.
Being a well balanced wine it pairs very well with food. This
wine is approachable now but with some patience you will
be rewarded with more complex tertiary flavors you find with
aged Red Burgundy. In 4-5 years Is should be reaching its apex.
