CRAIG STREHLOW: I am the former winegrower/winemaker with Keefer Ranch and Keefer Ranch wines.  For 13 years I managed the vineyard and crafted a single vineyard Pinot Noir that, among the other notable wines from the property, helped gain the vineyard great recognition among Pinot fans near and far.

ALAN CAMPBELL: I am a Sonoma County native and local photographer focused for the past 27 years on capturing the beauty and romance of wine country, all the while trying my hand at a number of DIY projects that captured my attention and imagination; gardener, farmer, winemaker and winegrower.

Our focus has narrowed with this project and we’re happy to share with you our Estate grown Magna Porcum Pinot Noir from the Green Valley of Russian River Valley. It’s a very limited release each year. We also offer a Camlow Russian River Pinot Noir made from the grapes on nearby vineyards and our own vineyard.

CRAIG: I make the wine with input from Alan. Our aim is to craft wines that have a sense of balance and place. Good acidity, ripe tannins and rich fruit (with a hint of French Oak). Letting the fruit and vintage speak with low input winemaking. Not using too much new oak.

Being in control of the farming in our estate vineyard allows us to closely manage variables and bring you a truly handcrafted product. Alan and I have known each other for 10 years. His passion for food and wine, right down to getting his hands in everything (with exceptional results) is how our friendship came about.

ALAN: Craig makes great wine, which along with our being good friends, is why I went into business with him. Among other things, I roast the pork and, yes, I do help make our wines and I’ll continue to do so. I also own and manage my four acres of
Pinot Noir in Graton, a vineyard that I’ve named Big Pig Vineyard, clearly after my affinity for all things pork. We are currently releasing our second bottling of our Single Vineyard Estate Wine, Magna Porcum.

We hope you an have interest in trying our wine. Please contact us with any questions, to schedule a private tasting or to place an order. We’d love to chat with you and share what’s happening in our little corner of wine country.

Cheers!  Craig and Alan
